There is a 30-day return policy on Dressweb. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us before 30 days have passed so we can arrange a return and refund.

We have a no-questions-asked refund policy for our loyal clients. Yes, but you have to abide by a few key principles of returns.

Basic Requirements

The item must only be in the same condition as when it was first purchased. It cannot be worn, utilized, or modified in any way. You must return it along with:

  • Tags on the original packaging
  • Original receipt
  • Further evidence of purchase

Damages

Please let us know if you’re unhappy with the product as soon as you receive it. If the product is damaged, has a problem, or you received the wrong goods, kindly get in touch with us immediately away.

We’ll check it out straight away and take all necessary steps to make it right.

Exchanges

Returning the goods you already own and then making a new purchase for the desired item after the return has been accepted is the simplest way to ensure that you receive what you want.

Exclusions

Certain purchases, such as customized goods and made-to-order personal care items, cannot be returned (such as beauty products).

Volatile liquids, gases, and hazardous materials cannot be returned to us. If you have inquiries or concerns regarding a particular item, kindly get in touch with us.

Gift cards and anything that are discounted or on sale are regrettably not returnable.

Compensation

We’ll inform you immediately if your refund was accepted when we’ve received and reviewed your return. If it is accepted, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment promptly.

Please be advised that your bank or credit card provider may need more time to process and deposit the refund.

Shipping

Within 15 to 50 days of placing your order, it will be mailed to you. Once it has been dispatched, you will receive an email with details about your order.

Confirm that your order is cancelled

After submitting the cancellation, you’ll receive a confirmation message in your email.

We will respond to your email within 48 hours and initiate the refund procedure by your default payment method if it gets approved. Please keep in mind that default payment method may take some time to process your refund too.
